We here at Media Temple have reinvented the role of what used to be “A&R” at major labels. We act as artist development guides and executives to work with each and every artist by connecting them with the right industry professionals in Hollywood, Los Angeles to meet their goals: Music producers, sound engineers, musicians, vocal coaches, vocal producers, mixers, photographers, choreographers, marketing and PR whizzes, stylists, hair and make-up artists, event producers, musical directors, and even health coaches. Carmit Bachar from the Pussy Cat Dolls created the song, “Keep on Smiling”, with our writing team and one of our producers for a non-profit organization of which she is an ambassador, Operation Smile.

Rici Jo is a brand new artist being developed here at Media Temple Productions. In this vid, follow Rici as she works with our writers and producers, vocal coaches, and choreographers to lead her to her debut music video and full-length album due out this summer. Her photos were taken by Lee Cherry, who has shot all of Adam Lambert’s photos, as well as Carmit Bachar, The Pulse, and so many more.
